Welcome to the Montreal Birth Companions Doula Program website.
The purpose of the Montreal Birth Companions is twofold:
- to provide low-income or otherwise disadvantaged women with free doula services
- to train “peer doulas” within the ethnically or culturally isolated areas of our city to provide doula support for the women in their communities.
